Specified, Not Just Applied
About BC Traffic Coating
BC Traffic Coating installs coating and waterproofing systems on parkades, decks, and structural concrete across British Columbia. Our certified applicators work to manufacturer specification — surface preparation, film thickness, and cure times held to the numbers the system was tested at, because those numbers are what decide whether it lasts.
A multi-level parkade, a residential balcony, and an exposed structural slab each fail in a different way. We assess the substrate, the traffic it carries, and the water it has to shed, then specify a system matched to those conditions instead of applying the same build to every surface.

What We Do
Our Specialties
From high-traffic parkades to exposed rooftop decks, every surface gets a system chosen for its substrate, its load, and the water it has to shed.
-
Waterproofing Systems
Continuous multi-layer membranes that keep water out of the slab — detailed individually at every drain, joint, and penetration.

Traffic Coatings
Urethane and polyurea systems that flex with the slab and resist tire abrasion, finished to a slip-resistant texture for ramps and turns.
Learn more -
Concrete Coating & Sealing
Penetrating sealers that cut absorption, and epoxy coatings that add abrasion and chemical resistance with a finished surface.
Learn more -

Parkade & Surface Restoration
Crack injection, removal of delaminated concrete, patching, and re-established drainage slope before any new system goes down.
Learn more -
Deck & Balcony Protection
Flexible, crack-bridging membranes for decks and balconies over occupied space, with UV-stable finishes and carefully detailed thresholds and drains.
Learn more -
Structural Surface Protection
Abrasion- and chemical-resistant coatings for ramps, retaining walls, and high-wear zones, built at a thickness matched to the wear the surface sees.

One job, start to finish

Our Process
-
01
Grind & Prepare
The slab is mechanically ground to remove laitance and open the surface profile, so the system bonds to sound concrete rather than to contamination.
-
02
Apply the System
Membrane and base coats are laid down wet-on-wet at the specified thickness, carried up the perimeter to form a continuous, sealed surface.
-
03
Finish & Cure
The wear coat is finished to a uniform, slip-resistant surface and cured before traffic returns — sealed at the drain and along every edge.

- Tell us who you are and how to reach you.
- Pick the service your surface needs, if you know it.
- Add square footage and location if you know them, then send it over.
